Looking Up!

I went and ordered the cake this morning!!! Princesses and pirates beware... I think it will be lovely.

And I bought pastries to bring back to work to share with my lovely co-workers though I immediately gulped some Apple tart down down then washed that down with some left over Starburst jelly beans from Easter.

AND I was invited to a co-worker's Kentucky Derby Party and I LOVE the Derby. Also it is the weekend Kevin will be in Minneapolis listening to the Gorilla lady speak and having more quality family time, watching his sister FINALLY graduate from school after 16 million years and 100 degrees later (but wait there is more... she wants to work for a year then go back for MORE SCHOOL...)

Oh and another co-worker took me for lunch and I may or may not have eaten a regular hamburger. I asked for a veggie burger but this sure seemed more meaty then veggie. I still ate it and the fries. Food really does cure all that ails...

Did I mentioned I ate half a gallon of Oreo Cookie Ice Cream AND a candy bar yesterday, indigestion be damned?! It was like my body knew I was stressed out before I did. I did ride on the recumbent bike for 20 minutes and ate salad for dinner - that counts for something Oy, I need to reign in these emotions, NOW. But not until I have a hunk of butter cream encrusted, marble swirled cake next Saturday of course! Things are looking up! ;)
